I too have an orange digital cluster. I don't have a problem with wiring, just the housing. To do it properly, It would have to be modeled by one of those rapid prototyping machines. It has to look stock or northing!
I haven't gotten around to it yet. I am in the middle of a big ERP implementation at work. But not too busy to hit all three junkyards on Williams Street in Buffalo this coming Monday (M&M, Marks and 2080). Thanks NerdRacing.

Okay, when you're saying that you don't have a problem with the wiring, does that mean you have it figured out? If so, please share with those of us that haven't got our hands on one yet.

I'm not sure, but I can text him and ask if he ever posted anything.

Has anyone ever come across a 1988 Mazda 323 GTX digital instrument cluster at a junkyard? I would like to see if I can make it fit.

                    Analog GTX cluster......

                    1988 323 Station Wagon - KLG4 swapped
                    1988 323 GT - B6T Powered
2008 Ford Escape - Rollover Survivor

1990 Festiva - First Ever Completed KLZE swap (SOLD)

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

The digital cluster is bulkier but it does fit

I once had a digital GTX cluster and I installed it, but the tach didn't work so I put the analog back in

What did you do with the cluster? I know where to fix it.

Chaser. Small, has the proper curvature, not flat on top, no side mounting tabs.
