Pretty sure most stock HID headlights are around 4300-4500k. I used to have 6000k in my old Mazdaspeed3 and I thought they were two blue. I ordered 5000k, but the sent the wrong ones. I was too lazy to send them back so just installed the 6000k anyway. Wish I would have opted for the 5000k.

4300K and 5000K are the only temps i would ever use for headlights as they are WHITE. the 4300K has a touch of yellow, which improves night and fog vision over the 5000k a little bit, but in either case, NOTHING higher than 5000k should be used on the street.Trees aren't kind to me...
