  • My new pink trim

Well I got my donation trim from festyxfi today. festyxfi said it was the wide trim with pink stripes. I was thinking its probably the wide trim with faded red stripes. Nope, I was wrong, its pink.

To bad the wifes car is green. Any pink festiva owners out there ?

Now that I look at it, the color is more fuchsia with a tinge of purple.

It is easy to change as the pinstriping is easily found on ebay in many different colors. What a surprise though!

I cleaned some adhesive residue from some packing tape off of the trim with some minerial spirits, then scrubed the trim with some dish soap and a stiff bristle brush before I soaked em good in some rubber/vinyl perservative. The pink isnt pin stripe, its there to stay. Painted on or something ?? Its permanent !

I sell wide stripes at my store. I am sure we could find some red wide enuf to cover your shame. Most is even on clearance. So you can get it on the cheap. (like under 2 bucks)

Pink and green do go together.

Just do up a car in all pastels. (Pastels are the new "tactical.")

Just find another stripe kit to match, or paint it on yourself.
