Are you going to cut a hole in your roof?

Hood Scoops are meant to force extra air into the engine compartment.
(It only makes sense that it would be facing "Into" the wind/ "air")

if you hood scoop is sticky on the bottom, its to tacky... imo. but if you are going to put it on, put it facing forward.

Well, I fear I don't have as many left over as I originally thought I would, but I can most likely get you 1 of every color except green. Possibly another red (but don't get your hopes up).
Just give me a day or two more to finish sending them off and sorting it all out.

As you can imagine, I have over 100 PM's, so I am just a little busy, lol.

No worries though, I haven't forgotten.

its not a perfectly good hood if theres a non-functioning scoop stuck to it though.
the scoop looks good in size but with out the funtion its kinda tacky.
If nothing else get a spare hood in red and if you decide you dont want the scoop then you can swap hoods

You could stick it to the underside of your hood for the stealthy look! That would also keep it out of the windstream, improving your drag coefficient.

Or you could attach a chinstrap and wear it as a hat. The only way it would degrade performance then is if it fell over your face or you stuck your head out the window.

Or you could stick it on the car you are drag racing. That would slow them down a fraction, and maybe help you out.

Next ask me where you should mount your stick on anchor. :p

I appreciate the tough love...and the irony. So I'd like to add, don't be a punk, commit, cut the hood. Then when "people" ask you, "hey, is that thing functional" the only answer you should be able to give is "well yes,...as a matter of fact, it is".

                            Functional baby...think, chimney!

sell it to some ricer and buy something useful, thats just a pointless piece of plastic.

even if you cut a hole in your hood, unless you re-mount your intake so that this scoop is blowing nice fresh air on it, its still not doing much... there are better ways to improve engine cooling and you probobly don't need improved engine cooling anyway.

if you really want to use it, get some big stickers that say RICER in pink and put them on the rear window to compliment the fake scoop, or do as karl suggests and wear it as a hat... that would be awesome
