  • Front Bumper Ideas.

I plan on painting my 90 festy soon and was wandering about changing the from bumper. Any idea what car i can pull a nice bumper from to give it that squared look?

If you have the money FMS makes different bumpers. Aside from that nothing else bolts up

You can modify a 91 honda civic bumper like Cam did, but you have to shorten it I believe.

You can cut and graft another bumper of your choice to the festy bumper if you have the time and skill. Check out the 7th post down on this link...

I'd try a '91 Civic Si bumper or a MKII Golf GTI one...
The left lane? Are you crazy!!! I never drive in the left lane...It's full of freaks driving the wrong way and charging right at you!!!

I've got a custom one in the works. It's going to be a while longer before I can get it ALL together though, but I've got my two donors.

i bet a bumper from a 95-96 protege would work. Or a older 626 or MPV

i think the best way to bond the 2 halfs is plastic welding if there like plastics, we tried fiberglass on mine but it just broke off. how else can you bond 2 together? and lots of aftemarket bumpers are fiberglass right?

JY today. No Festivas or Aspires but how about this Geo for a bumper source?
BTW, there was no evidence that the car was crashed but it sure is trashed now. Interior thrown about. Cyl head and wheels missing, taillights in the dirt, etc.
