Rear plastic panel reinstallation

The left rear plastic panel that goes from the front seatbelt back to the rear strut tower was removed last week in order to make the rear strut removal easier, now I need help putting the panel back in place. It looks to me like the rear seat has to be removed in order to get the panel positioned properly. Can I get this panel back in place without removing the rear seat?

You should be able to do it with the seat in. Fold it forward and that should give you the space you need to fit it all in there.
