I saw a couple pictures of people who have done LED lighting in the interior and it looks awesome. I'm going to do it this week. I want to change out the gauge cluster lamp, the climate control lamp, rear defroster and wiper lamp, shifter lamp, dome lamp and hatch lamp. Do I have to pull the whole instrument cluster to get at the wiring for the lamp back there? Also, is it hard to get at the climate control lamp? How much time should I plan on spending doing this? Also, last time I was working on the car I got some grease on the seat. Anyone know of any good cleaners to get that out? Thanks.

Just pulled my cluster last weekend to replace the bulbs (WOW what a difference) took about an hour just because i had to look through all the stuff in my cabinet to find bulbs that fit. Had to undo my speedo cable at the trans to allow enough to pull cluster out and disconnect.
Today I pulled the climat controls out - took about 10 minutes had to disconnect all 3 cables from the far ends (not at the controls) made it real easy to pull out. You could mark all the cables but i just plan on redajusting all of them to make sure they are perfect when I reinstall tomorrow. Rewiring the radio that some other person installed - frt speaker wires went to rear speakers and had no others so I am installing them.
Hope I didn't leave anything out.....GoodluckROBc
