Running rear washer fluid hose

I got the wiper hatch installed and it works. I just having a problem running the washer fluid line through the body to were it needs to go. I have tried wire and just the hose but can't get it through the body I don't think the wire was strong enough cause it just keep bending. Also does any one know if the rear wiper off a escort wagon has the same size spline to work on the festiva's spline.

Ive done it several times, its a PITA but possible. You will probably have to pull the back part of the head liner down. Ill see if I can find a thread for you on this subject.

Sasquatch has a write up on the escort wiper motor swap. I believe he changed the motor but swapped the shaft to keep the festiva arm.

i used a wire hanger and duck taped the hose to the end of the hanger i was pulling through . I also removed some of the headliner and yes this was a pita but not so much once i used wire hanger .
