  • grill add-on

ive done a lil home modification of my grill and added some wire mesh to it for a fresh look. i wish i was better at working with plastics and molding cause i would have liked to cut the grill down to just the outer shell and just had the mesh in the middle. oh well i can figure that out some other time. here are some pics of how it looks now. tell me what u think. ill take some more pics after i put it back on the car and update my pics so tell me what u think

How are you holding it in place?
I wonder how that would look on the 88-89 grill.

its a wire mesh cover for the gutters on a house. u can get them in 3ft sections at ACE Hardware for 3 or 4 bucks a section. i just molded it around the back of the grill and used heavy duty exterior caulking to hold it in place. i havent had a chance to put it on yet since its been so cold here and i dont have a garage. im thinkin of taking my bumper off and doing the same to it as well

Thats what I was wondering. I used the same on mine but yours looks a little thicker than mine.
