        You have inspired me,

        I'm going to get my 88 up on stands and restore it for my lil brother. Hes 14 and loves festys. I'll have him help and teach him to weld while I'm at it. Maybe we can get it done before he gets his license. Very cool your saving this car.

                      Keep it up and take plenty of pics. This may be a future "Festiva of the Month" story.

                        Sorry there havent been any updates. I have been working, training new people and helping my brother move.. Luckily I had my last day on the 27th, now i only have school so progress should be much faster.

                            Heres what i have been up to lately.


                            Went to the junk yard and got a new bumper support. the original was a bit rusty.


                            The last structural piece is in.. later i welded over that spot more.




                            I tried to find a rust free door but couldnt find any.


                            I picked up everything i need to prep and paint my car.
                            paint,primer,clear,reducer,thinner, etc.
