I sanded most of the car down. sealed up all my welds, fixed alot of small rust spots, and started bondoing.

I was going to spray the black first, then the blue and clear it all.

              rust on my tank

after debating what to do i just cut the rust off below the seem (above the seam i grinded it down to solid metal) and welded in new stuff, rust proofed it, cleaned up the tank and sprayed it with a rubber coating.

              my "new" bumper support

              practicing using my hvlp guns

              few days before start:

              few days After finish:

that was supposed to be the stock color.. in some lights it looks purple but its just dark blue.. i actually went to Rondex (autobody store) and gave them my paint code. So im thinking the made a mistake.. but what ever, i think it loots great!

i still need to color sand the car to get the dirt nibs out. unfortunately in 3 days im moving 1500miles away and have lots to do so i think the color sanding, buffing, and polishing will have to wait till next year. (is it ok if i do that?) anyways.

im done! (weight lifted off shoulders)
