  • Carpet needed for 1997 Aspire

    What a great site!

For everyone that rolls your eyes at a new member with an Aspire, I am sorry. I looked high and low for a low mileage Festiva and simply couldn't locate one. On Friday, I purchased a 1997 "Hot Red" Apire with 58,000 miles.

What I am looking for is a new molded carpet for the vehicle. I have called and typed for hours, only to find that NO ONE sells the carpet. Any suggestions? Possibly a Kia twin or another vehicle uses the same dimensions? :?: Will the Festiva carpet fit?

Thanks. Again, what a GREAT site!

I think FestivaMotorsport has carpet (not 100% sure if he has the Aspire version but worth the call).. Simon also has a lead but I forget what the url was.

http://www.accmats.com/ has them - I know the price they charge can be cut in half if you get in on a good bulk buy too... I'm not 100% sure (and for some reason, their forums are down), but look on wwwdomestictuners.com and see if Colin (coma) is running a BB or has them available. I believe the last price I saw him quote was $125 for it, I got mine from him for $115 when I ordered it in a bigger buy.

Odd.... They would make it for the Festiva, but not the Aspire?

Try emailing them to see what's up? Maybe they have it but it's not listed online... (or as DJ said, try FMS?)

            Aspire Carpet

I have tried every where. Short of the dealer, which I have not tried, I am at a loss.

I think that a non-molded carpet would fit terrible.

            Thanks.

              Carpet needed

I am in trouble. My last option, the Ford dealer, advised me that the carpet is not available for any year of the Aspire.

What to do... what to do?

Thanks for the websites. None have the Aspire listed. I e-mailed each company.

                    Help!???

I know it's an ancient thread, but I am running into the same problem finding carpet (moulded) to fit my Aspire. Does anyone know either where to get it or if the Festiva Carpet is a direct fit?

Here is what mine looks (looked) like....

I am guessing the previous owner spilled something in back (bleach?). Plus it is very dirty/stained anyway. I already pulled it out and would rather put in new carpet instead of used....

There was no conclusion to this thread, so I thought I would just post my question here.
