  • Has anybody installed a rear seat from a different vehicle

Hey all trying to figure out what seats to put in my festiva. The front seats and be solved by a little welding and cutting so I was just wondering if anybody has gotten any rear seat to work without too much hassle. I was going to try to get some svt focus seats to put in but want the front and back to match.

I have seen some members use the upholstery on a Festiva seat frame with good results.

I've been toying with the idea of putting another pair of MR2 buckets in the back. Any changes are a long way off though as I still need seats for three (added a third seatbelt) back there.

I took a pair of racing seats out to Ohiostiva that I was selling. The car looked pretty darn cool with racing seats up front and in the rear.

I had an MX-6 rear seat installed in my 95 aspire. It was pretty cool, split fold and used the rear plastic from that car as a cargo cover.

Lemme know if you want me to see if I can dredge up some pics.

I seen someone put racing seats in the back but it looked stupid because they had to angle them so far back because of how tall they are. But this was in a neon so it may be different. No matter what buckets you put back their im sure they would really obstruct the view.
