Are there any higher-quality visors from other cars that would work in ours, i.e. a direct-fit screw in? Mazdas and small Fords come to mind.

Went to the JY today and got two sets of visors, in grey, from 1997 Ford Escorts. They are a little wider, and interfere with the center mirror, but if I just keep them in the down position and tucked behind the mirror, no problems. They are much nicer than Festy visors. The passenger-side ones have a mirror in them, and one of the driver-side visors has one too. These came with the plastic pieces to clip them to the roof, next to the center mirror. Total cost: $12.
No luck with Mazda visors. Proteges and MX-3s don't fit; they are much too wide. No 323s, etc. in the yard. Also some of the Escort visors don't work either, because the visor itself is too wide or the screw mounting pattern is different.
