  • Compatible steering column cover/shroud?

I ordered this steering wheel (and the adapter kit, of course):

Is there a steering column cover/shroud off of any other car that will fit without any (or very little) modification, and is more cylindrical in shape?

    Thanks.

Simple answer. Probably not. I believe basically all Mazdas of the era had that same squarish shape. Now maybe something from another Mfr. would work with some modifications. But I dont believe anyone here has done it.

I figured as much. I'll just end up painting it black then, it's not that bad.

      Thanks for letting me know.

Yeah no problem and that wheel looks pretty good in them too btw. Theres a couple guys here that either have that wheel or a very similar style to it in their Festivas.

If you ordered the kit to install it..it will come with its own base. I had that very same steering wheel and adapter kit myself.

As you can see most adaptor kits come with a colar that you just adjust down to meet your existing shroud - I painted mine black
