That is neat! Is there any WAY you could WEIGH the removed parts so we could see the WEIGHT savings (just for the heck of it). Oh, and I can WAIT for YOUR numbers that YOU'RE sure to find for me.

By the WAY, I'm capitalizing homonyms to show anyone who cares simple WAYS to improve common spelling errors.

Nothing to do with this thread, it's just 'cause I can.

Let me KNOW if it becomes annoying. Just say NO to sneaky spelling lessons!

the additional range of motion comes from the shortened arm. You can see what he did in the first picture.
Ok now i understand what i'm looking at in the pics, thanks

I forgot to mention that you have to clearance the wiper arm on a grinder so it doesn't hit the cowl. I will post a picture of that if anyone would like to see it..............and I know my spelling and grammer are bad..................

              I've seen FAR worse!

In fact, your posts are easy to read.

Some that come to this site should bring a translator with them.

Actually, as long as they can get their message across, I don't care.

Just FYI, my inspiration came from another thread, not this one!

I've seen far worse as well.

Just for the heck of it......the lost weight is 1.43 lbs

                  Post them please
The clearances made on the arm.........

I also pushed the cowl down a little on the first two ribs.......

Would be very careful doing this mod to a finished vehicle, it would be very easy to ruin a painted cowl. I will possibly fabricate a new lower arm mount, maybe remove the kick to the left, straighten it out and offset it up to clear the cowl.

very nice I'm interested to see what you come up with to improve this - any chance your could get a behind the cowl shot through one of the holes to show the arm mounted?
