    How hard is it to install a funtop and how much do they usually go for??
    I really want to get one for the festy, as I have another car to use in the mean time

    They are pretty cheap overseas - the shipping to the states is the expensive part - plus you need to pick the part up at customs - thats if you want a original from a 121. There are several aftermarket options for canvas tops though.
    the actual instalation is straight forward - mesuring and cuting - and if yours is a electric top then you will need source a switch and run custom wiring
    I would estimate the total cost for mine combined with all necissary parts and the picking up of the top from customs - $1000.00

      I got mine from someone that found it on a Festiva in the YJ. I think I paid $250 for it and picked it up near Scranton.

      It was installed with the rest of my bodywork, so I don't have an estimated cost on that.
