speakers question

ive been searching quite a bit and cant seam to find the answer, i have looked at a few others cars and they have speakers in the doors, i know they have the doors set for em and the panals have a template to cut out them but my question is, what size speaker fits in there? it looks like most are using 6.5s is that correct?

i have 6.5 inch speakers in my doors... there is allready a hole for 5.25 inch ones in the door but you can fit the 6.5inch ones on there... i needed a .25 inch spacer behind it so it didnt hit my window when it was rolled down... remember to roll down the window all the way to make sure the speaker clears it... i didnt do that the first time.... i got lucky and only needed a .25 inch spacer...

I think Sasquatch is using 6.5's in his doors.
