    Escort console swap?

    I have searched all over this website (yes I found the button ) and have yet to see a "how to" on the escort console swap. I have found several at my local JY and was planning on pulling one that is in perfect condition tomorrow but I was hoping to get some advice before I do. I heard in another forum to make sure I pull the middle bracket but that is about it. Any help on disassembling would be amazing!!!! I'm a noob

    Its not a bolt in, you have to do some fabbing.

        I havent seen a seamless install yet. You can do a lot of things but the end results should be an improvement if you go to all the trouble, IMO.

          i have looked in to this before but i have not found a how to.
          1973 Cb750 haven't touched it yet with no idea what I am planning on doing with it
          1978 25th Anniversary edition Corvette
          1983 Chevy Elcamino

          2003 Hyundia Santa Fe ( Wifes Daily driver)
          some old dodge motorhome I have no idea of the year

                    TominMO, looks like you need to take some pics and put together a "How To", the members are asking for it!

                            Just have to figure out how you managed to do that.
                            The only way I know how to do that would be manually, without the "quote" button.
                            Or in manually in combination with the "quote" button.

                              Yea I am still new to the forums (only active a week) and I didn't want to post all of his pics again and take up server space for no reason so I hit quote on yours then copied and pasted. I didn't realize it would give YOU a message. I got it figured out now.
