  • my ef civic si top hatch spoiler/wing install

so on with the aluminum foil(again) uh... i mean the spoiler/wing!!!! first i had to make the stands to mount the wing so i used my favorite tin foil trick... foil goes on he hatch, fiberglass goes on the foil, wing goes on the fiberglass... everthing stays removeable and clean...

    left side

    right side

    full view of rear hatch

notice the foil at the bottom... im gonna take the gap out of my mid wing as well....

sorry i have no way to take video... its pretty simple... put the foil where you want your piece to go and fiber glass top of the foil when the fiberglass hardens its stuck to the foil instead of your hatch.

update: got the wing supports done.... should be finnished and ready for paint tomorrow
        more pics to come

I'm really digging the top wing... but the mid-wing just isn't doing it for me... Never really been a fan of mid-wings.

Cudos on the top wing though... Me likes.
