New Festiva carpets. Where is best to buy.

I am in the market for a new rug for the 92. The one that was in there is beyond hope. Has anyone ever bought from the sellers on ebay? If you got one somewhere else, where did you get it and were you happy with it? This seller has good feedback:

Whatever you do. DONT throw away your old carpet before you install the new one. Youll need it as a template for the various cutouts.

what is wrong with your old one? if it is just stained and dingy take it out and paint it with duplicolor fabric and vinyl paint. That is what I did and it worked great.

Does it come with those white plastic clips that hook under the sill plates? I figure it really needs those to hold it in place and to keep it tucked in. I was wondering how I could reattach those. It would take a very heavy duty stapler for that.

you have to used your old plastic clips it hook it to the sill plates.
i used a big stapler to attach them , then bent the ends of the stable over
with pliers.

I took out the old carpt and used degreaser on it and powerwashed it at the DIY carwash. Let it dry and it looks good!

you can buy new clips from autozone, pepboys whereever just make sure you get the ones that have the most clips for the cheapest money because I saw some that had like 2 clips for 1.99, and another set with 18 for 2.99 , yea the 2.99 ones werrent exactly the same but IMHO they looked sleeker and nicer than the oem. also you can always buy carpeting and cut it out to be the same pattern as the old carpet y ou had and save tons of $$, cost me about 30 for the carpet from pep boys and i got black which looks a lot nicer..

just powerwashed mine yesterday, looked like coca cola poaring out of it for 30 minutes. Now it looks new and smells good.

1AAuto.com has carpets, molded to the Festiva floor pan, but they are not inexpensive ($171 !!!). 2+ years ago, when I bought a carpet for my Festy from them the price was substantially less and they had 10 colors to choose from. Now they have 3 colors. I made the mistake of throwing out the old carpet, so it took me 8 hours to fit everything up, cut the holes, etc.
