  • small side lights on 121's, Prides

I noticed some of the overseas Festivas/121s/Prides had tiny lights on the front side panels, near the edge of the doors. Does anyone have any information on them? I'd like to add some to my Festiva.

In Europe they call them repeaters here we call them side markers . There are a million to choose from. Some companies that make them APC / Toucan / OBX etc. Just do a google search have fun.

    Thanks

I installed Saab 900 side markers on my first Festiva in 1993. I thought they went well with the body lines. I still do.

Only drawback for some is they do have orange lens. And forget the dealer price. Even back then, 49.99 per light .

If you're interested, look for 87-93 model years in salvage. Make sure you get the pigtails.

While there are many others to choose, I find few actually will look like they really belong there. I hate the round Pride and 121 OEM side markers with a passion.
