Personally, I would not want anything associated with a second gen. Probe anywhere near my car. I won't really go into why, it's been gone over enough times.
Not sure I would go as far as saying the seats were ugly. Mine were just plain jane gray buckets. Don't remember anything about them that stood out, good or bad. Maybe some pics will refresh my memory. Fairly certain they are more comfortable than stock, 20 year old Festy seats, tho.
