  • Front lip, Center consol, New(to me) grill!

so i bought a 88-89 grill and an automatic center consol from hotrodin4me and just got them installed today. since only auto cars had consols in canada i just fabricated a stainless trim bracket to hold the shifter boot in place. Threw my subs in too, 2 clarion srw1251 12" subs in a bassworks sealed box powered by a alpine m650 amp. I also got an old integra front lip (92ish) and with some persuasion from the heat gun i got it on there and IMO it looks pretty good.

A nice car is like another mans woman, you can look but do not touch!

That front lip looks awesome. I'm going to have to do that. Any other mods needed to put that on? Besides the heat gun?

Variable intermittent wipers I see; me too. Is the cluster out of a 323 GTX? Mine is in miles of course, but the speedo is on the right. But mine's out of a gen 1 626. Compliments on the front lip too, looks great.

That cluster is out of a 89 323GT, i made a wiring chart to tell you what wire from the cluster goes to the corresponding wire on the festy to make this swap very quick and easy if anyone is interested.

It's a stock front lip. I lied it's actually from a first gen integra (85-89) all i did was cut some triangles in the mounting flange to allow the lip to be bent around the corners of the bumper with the heat gun and trimmed off the excess.

it seems difficult when you just look at it but once you get into it it's quite simple. the hardest part was making the face plate and trimming the plastic dash trim ring to fit it.
