  • rear blinker mod

I saw this mod for the front corner light,
so i decided to see if it would work for the rear.
It did! In the other thread it shows you how to convert your front
corner light to blink with your blinker,"in a alternating pattern"
I took the rear light harness off, and spliced the ground wire
    for the "rear parking light"(194bulb).
I spliced it to the green wire(power) going to the blinker.

when your lights are on, the blinker and parking light alternate.
when your lights are off, both blink together.

    sorry for the sucky vid!!!

I'm glad to see that my camera isn't the only one that has dyslexia when it comes to focus. Awesome mod though, saved for when my car is done so I can do it.

I just did it, front and rear. Quite easy. Just take the ground for the parking light and run it to the hot of the turn signal. Ground is black. The hot is green.

I Wanted to use the brake/running light but it would have kept the brake light from working correctly...
