Aspires use H4's from the factory.
These civic lights take H3 and HB3 bulbs.. one for regular one for high beams. It's simple, just lop off the plug from the aspire's harness... it has 3 wires, one for highs, one for lows, one for ground. get 2 h3 plugs with wire, splice them in. It can't get any simpler than that.
