I don't know about the lower hatch spoiler.. but the upper spoiler was only on a few models. So they're like a commodity... rare. If you find one, most of the time you don't get the screw covers that fill in the holes in the spoiler. So to find one with the caps, you end up paying the $$$ to get it.

The lower spoiler is even harder to find.

If I'm not mistaken, FMS has been sold out of them for a long time.

Caps have been reproduced by a upstanding member/owner here so they are available.
The screws are should be stainless steel and again available from a good fastener supply store.
It's all about supply and demand!
So far the demand is higher than the supply.
But not so much that someone could profit from making a tool to reproduce them.
So they go for relatively high $ amounts when they are sold, unless someone just wants a quick sale, then the price is a bit lower.
One went for $500 on ebay sometime ago, for comparison.

i lucked out and got mine for 100$ when FMS was selling them on Ebay.

but that would have probably been 5+ years ago...
