I have sent numerous emails, left many voice messages, but got no response from Roger. I paid for a set of stainless flex brake hoses + a corner light, last December, but he has failed to deliver. I will not do any more business with Festivamotorsports and recommend no one else does until he returns my money if he can't deliver. He did not have the rear hoses in stock when the order was placed. I emailed him to just send the front hoses and a set of tail light gaskets and we would call it even. Just silence.

Boycott Festivamotorsports!

Really !! Is FMS service that bad... I'm starting to get second thoughts !! Well I'm gonna give them At least 4 to 5 weeks if by then I still don't have that kit .. I will cancel the order and demand to get my deposit back which was only 250!!!

The reason why I ordered another set of brake hoses is because the first set they sent me had the front clip sleeve crimped in the wrong place on one and no crimp at all on the second one!

I could not get them to exchange the defective merchandise, so I decided to order another full set of hoses just to get my Festiva on the road. I ended up buying some stock brake hoses instead.

An no wonder why someone ended up coping the hoods and did a sale on here... I planned on buying the full set including hood and hatch.... I always wondered why so little people bought stuff from them now I know why

Really odd.I bought a set of the FMS performance springs and got them within a week.And this was only a week and a half ago.He even made a follow-up call to tell me when to expect them from UPS.If I had known he had a bad rep,I would have went another route.

I would NOT say Roger has a bad rep. He does often lack in communication. However, I have NEVER had a problem with anything I've bought from him. It's always arrived in a timely manner, too. The ONLY exception was the front and rear bumpers, and I suspect that was because I wanted the GTX pieces instead of the ATH ones. Also, I get the feeling I got bumped several times because I'm local to him, and we'd talk once a week or so.
