Advance the timing and run 91-93 octane, cut the air box and if you have the resonator on the exhaust remove it. Actually it has a hollow cat but I didn't do it. The taller 155/80/13 might help some also. My auto does fairly good with those mods and gets 32mpg with my driving.

Does look good with the dark tint. IMO 20% is perfect for our Festiva's BIG windows. I did 20% on the rear's and 35% up front.. 35 is way too light.

Ha! my V6 got 28mpg on my last tank with my heavy foot and I believe it's still running a bit rich, so either you severely drive the hell out of it, or it's running VERY rich

If no one from the future stops you from doing it, how bad of a decision can it really be?

Ehh didn't think auto's got that good to begin with? That's pretty good with the V6 I bet it doesn't get that good when you get on it though!

I think the tan interior looks good, as well as the tint

The auto kills MPG. We haven't been able to crack 40 in the 92 yet. When my 93 was stock with the 5 speed I easily averaged 10 MPG more. The lack of a lockup converter and overdrive kills it.

However I must say it gets itself around quite easily for 63 hp. I haven't tried topping it out but 65 MPH comes easily.
