I drive between 800-1000 kms per week (500-620miles) so every little bit helps. But most of all, I like the "science experiment" of it all, lol.

Yeah, I use a GPS to obtain more accurate mileage and average speed data.

I'm a technical manager of a plastics manufacture.
              That's just to/from work.
Unlike other who drive for a living, though I wonder sometimes, if I'd be better driving for a living given how much road time I log.
Anyway hope to move in a few months, once some issues are taken care of with a few houses.
Next house; brick with a nice garage and either already has a detached shop or room to build a bigger one than the small one in VA.

So all your clothes are made from cotton?
You don't drink soda/water from plastic bottles and your refrigerator is lined and insulated with what?
Good thing you don't have carpet in your house, those Persian rugs are so much nicer.
Your computer is made out of what?
Your cell phone is made of what?
Good thing you don't fly on commercial aircraft.

So what do you do for a living bhazard?

plastic is in everything... it's ridiculous how quickly it exploded when you think that it was initially created only a few decades ago.

Yes, I have changed the wipers to reduce drag, and I am in the process of removing the mirror and installing inside mirrors. I am also taping some wheel skirts on as a temp measure to see if it will help.

                          But I want more suggestions.........

In which way did you change the wipers?

My festiva came with peices of metal the held the wipers down at high speeds...... I removed these, as I dont drive at high speeds, lol.

My non-downforce wipers were pretty solid til about 130-140KM/H... at 160KM/H, they were going insane. However, going that fast isn't really practical or economical at all in a Festiva haha... especially a stock B3 one. Look forward to seeing what else you can come with!
