      That actually doesn't look to bad! I bet you could make it look clean and simple. Add some gauges and a center vent and it could be pretty cool. I may have to do that to my next Festy!

        im pretty sure thats a realllllllllly high end dash kit/shiftknob/ etc etc seats in the miata... thats a complete kit you can buy,

        im geussing that interior of the car is easily 5000 bucks, i know forsure the shift console is 600.

          You might consider a Saipa 111 dash swap. It would have the best chance of fitting without extensive modification.

              Just thought I'd dig up this thread.... I got a spare dash with my 323 GT and I measured it and the 323's dash is 1 inch wider then a festiva's dash, next time I have my dash out of my festiva, I'll test fit the 323's dash
