Does anyone know if a GTR upper and lower rear spoiler for a hatchback 323 will fit a Festy? Maybe with a little mod?

If you can get up close to this car i would whip out a tape measure and get an overall width number,go home and see if it will fit the Festy Hatch. What year is this GTR 323.Originally posted by stdsmt22 View PostDoes anyone know if a GTR upper and lower rear spoiler for a hatchback 323 will fit a Festy? Looks like a gen2 323, 90 -93? Anyway it's wider than a Festy (as is basically everything).90 Festy (Larry)--B6M (Matt D. modified B6 head), header, 5-speed, Capri XR2 front brakes, many other little mods

Nope. It's actually narrower than a Festy.Originally posted by graywolf_14 View PostMaybe a spoiler for a smart for two...
BTW, even though it's about the same weight as a Festiva and has 7 more HP, a Festy will kill it in a race.Festiva: Because even my dog can build a Honda.

Saw a Focus with a spoiler drive by.
Pic 7 is good. There is quite a few pics with it on.
Maybe it'll work.Last edited by rbrown; 10-16-2010, 03:09 PM.Rodney

Sorry to hijack this thread but I'm not so sure about this comment. The Smart has an auto transmission and I think it would beat a stock auto Festy without too much trouble. Ever driven one? They move fairly well and they are RWD.Originally posted by JPT View Post...

Back to the spoilers...way too much work to be worth it.Oscar

I have driven one. Haven't driven an auto Festy, but my 5 speed has no problem getting by one.Originally posted by perucho View PostSorry to hijack this thread but I'm not so sure about this comment. I will say that they do go better than you would think.Festiva: Because even my dog can build a Honda.

There are a couple of, I think anyway, Kias running around here with spoilers I'm thinking wouldn't take too much work to make fit on a Festiva. If I ever catch one of them sitting still, I'm going to take some measurements. I think they are newer Spectra hatchbacks. They might be too wide, just not sure how much too wide. Like this.
Kia Rondo spoilers look a bit interesting too.
