  • My new console

Went to JY today and found this console in a Mazda MX6 not sure of the year with just a little bit of alterations and a few drilled holes and it's in

And yes I know I need new seats or recover the ones in it.
Let me know what you think of the console

Not a big fan of the paint job, but otherwise very nice!

Time for a seat swap next, those look beat compared to your console, lol.

Good find! My "obnoxious" leans towards a hot pink and lime green plaid.

Back half looks like early 90s, but Escorts have a different front half. Or did you mod the front half?

I think it's a one speed. Only 3rd gear, right on the center I like the idea on the pool ball. Have a cue ball shifter on my mini.

Back in the day, i drilled an 8 ball and used it as a shift knob till i powered second gear one to many times and it came off in my hand, but ya it got alot of looks.
