    Hey guys! i went to the JY the other day and came across an escort(93), so of course the first thing i did was look and see if the console was was there and that it was a 5-speed....and it was!!! so i got the console out and took it home, cost me about 25 bucks tho, oh yea i got the dome light too! heres some pics!

    A file or a 4" grinder with a sanding disc will take care of that edge and it would look much better. I'm glad you didn't leave those parts red!

      I'm trying to figure out why you even cut it! A bunch of us here, including myself, have this console installed in their cars without cutting it. It bolts right in without mod to the console itself. Just a couple screw holes drilled in floor to hold it.
      I like the black color. Better than the red. :p

              Yeah I am still looking for those. Although I havent been looking to hard since the car needs a carb.
