  • 76 Ford f250 Round headlights?

So i was out in my dad's shop working on my dirtbike, looking for some parts. I went out back and found my dad's old 76 ford f250 round headlights all in tact. The housing bracket is way too big to fit for the festiva, but the buckets for the 7 inch round headlights work perfect for my 7's i bought a couple weeks ago. Just have to find a way to mount them? Any suggestions? They had two adjusters on them, and have three screws for the trim rings that hold them in. I want them to sit right about where they are in the last picture, maybe a little more to the right

Those don't look like stock sealed beam headlights from the '70s. They must be halogens. I'd check on the electrical issues too. What wattage they draw, etc. Make sure they're safe and effective. You may not have hi/low beams either. I can't tell.

CORRECTION: Ah, your "sevens." New lights in the old buckets. Got it. Only some of the above applies then. Good luck!

These round headlights have been put in another Festiva before with no problems at all. I just have to figure out which wires are for what when it comes time to change the plug

So i was mounting the headlights in a couple days ago, and i ended up breaking a trim ring that held the light in. Today i went to pull-a-part and found some 7" round headlights off a land rover, I was just going to use the buckets that held the light, but when i put my new headlights in, they would just spin because the old ones had tabs that secured them. Oh well... So i put the others back in and this is the result after I was done. What do you guys think?
