Neat! I'll bide my time till plenty of reviews are in, plus some time for other "bugs" to show up. I hope these work well, though. Brighter light at reduced power? Oh yeah...

I don't want to discourage you but I've tried them recently and they're nothing but an overzealous white parking light.
The pattern is nonexistant, just a bunch of dots on my garage door when it was parked a few feet away. It could look nice on a video on youtube if there was no other ambient light, but I couldn't even drive through my neighborhood comfortably.-Zack

that and they're illegal.... for those very reasons.
Karl if you want a light upgrade, get HIDs in 4300k. Caety has them in her aspire and it's awesome and only 35w per side (as opposed to 50/100w low/hi)Trees aren't kind to me...
currently: 2 88Ls (Scrappy and Jersey), 88LX, 90L(Pepe), 91L, 91GL (Skippy) 93 GL Sport (the Mighty Favakk), 94 (Bruce) & 95 Aspire SEs, 97 Aspire (The Joker),
94 Justy 4WD, 87 Fiero GT, plus 2 parts cars. That's my fleet.

just get an hid kit. i have 10,000k hid's and they are amazing! i love them! all of my other bulbs are led, trying to save power for the 4000 watt amp...... still kills the lights and makes the car idle down with an optima red top batt and 10 farad cap.

I do agree with HIDs, but only in projectors. There are bolt in projectors out there for H4 headlight housings, but the lenses on the festy are fluted and don't play well with the pattern.
If you can get a pair of D2S (standard bulb size that comes factory equipped on all HID projectors) to H4 adapters, then It'd be decent as long as your headlights are very clean. They're usually aluminum and available on ebay. They'll seat your bulb at the correct position so the light is emitted from where the stock bulb's filament would be.
The last, and most important, thing to understand
10,000,000,000K does not help. At all.
1) the kelvin (color) numbers they provide you are willy nilly across the board
2) the higher the kelvin, the less visible light you throw to the road
3) from 3900K to 4500K is natural daylight. Most oems use 4300K D2S bulbs to recreate it.-Zack

i have used both the led lights and hids. the led bulbs are not good at all, mine lasted 3 days then the smd's started to die one at a time. the light pattern is not good at all on the led bulbs. HID's on the other hand play very well with the stock headlights. mine threw the same pattern as the halogens that were in them. just brighter and lit up a further distance.
just my .02
