$&#%£€ windows are stuck AGAIN

I've about had it with my windows. I love driving Hot Rod with the windows down but dag-nab-it both are hanging up again. I've tried new regulators, dry lube, etc and about to try the dang hammer. I've played with the idea of converting to power but I'm seeing mixed reviews on here.

Does anyone have a proven method for fixing these windows? Desperate and hot. :p

make sure your forward track lower bracket spot welds are still intact.

fwiw Mine act up when the weather decides to get wet or sticky. the A/C button takes care of that.

The little spot weld on the front of my BP car broke(hard to tell unless panel is off) and window was hard to roll up,
or it wouldnt roll up at all.

I took door panel off and put another weld on it, solved my problems!
Any new pix of "hotrod"?

Maybe your belt moldings are shot. The glass will bind on the rubber if all of the flock is worn away.

I just went through the stuck window, weld at small lower bracket totally broke off.

I guess during this rainy weekend I will spend my time in the garage fixing windows. The passenger side came completely off track yesterday.

we took a pry bar to the track and opened it up a bit. made a world of difference.
