It should indeed be interesting to see what $400 seat covers look like!

Went to the website, I'm impressed! The leatherette in black with beige trim would look AWESOME in my Festy! Have to rethink this one now....

What color interior do you have?
I know where there is a very nice complete blue interior.
I can buy just the factory covers and door panels.
You will have to put the seat covers on yourself.
It's easy if you know how. All you need is a set of hog ring pliers and some hog rings. Just snip off the hog rings on your old seat covers and you will see where all the mounting points are located.

I believe one can use zip ties in place of hog rings, too. Cheep cheep cheep!

              bravekozak -

Don't need blue interior, I need brown.

You can buy factory seat covers? I'm interested.

Mind PM-ing me with the details?

Shoot that is around what it will cost to change my whole interior in my mustang to black! And that is not dying things....

That's cool. What's interesting about this sight is how we all find something
of value, or how we decide what somethings worth. There's not alot of Festivas to pillage around here, much less one's with a tan interior. I know that I could search the forum and someone might have a set or I can buy a set of seats from a '93 GLC ect.
I'll have beautiful custom fit covers for half the price of a full blown upholstery
job, so I'm happy. I just had my Festy sprayed at Maaco - looks phenomenal,
but to the rattle can car sprayers, $500.00 would be outrageous (The "you can paint your car for $50.00" folks) . We're all limited to time, money, equipment,
and the the "hassle factor" of getting various pieces we're looking for. I like and appreciate the car for what it is, so I'll save money on engine swaps, wheels ect. so I'm still money ahead. Don't mean to get on a soapbox....

Dude, make sure you post your pix. That site had some COOL looking black/beige combo seats in that 'leatherette' material. CAN'T WAIT until I get something nicer than what I've got....
