Use 1998-2000 ranger units. Cut the support to match the back of the new units. Change 2 wires in each socket to swap from 9004 to 9007 bulbs.
No cutting necessary on the "eyebrows" (under the headlights) with the 1998-2000 units.

From what I understand is that the headlights with the integrated indicator will not fit. I could be wrong though.

The integrated indicator is 01+. They do fit, but require cutting/removal of the "eyelids", as well as sheetmetal removal behind.

Please understand this: We (residence of the United States) CANNOT recieve ANY produce that originates from Iran, no matter how or through whom it's shipped.

now on that note... Venezuela also produces Sapia vehicles, we currently have no bans on product from them. Given that; what we now need to do is inquire if those parts state "product of Venezuela" or "product of Iran". this may be our only option.

I should become a billionaire and create a "kit car" Festiva. That way it can still be sold in the US

98-00 lets you keep the eyelids, but you must go aftermarket to get the clear lenses and projector lenses. Stock is no better than the Festy. 01+ will work, but you lose the eyelids.
