  • Door panels

I've got a big piece of aluminum that is new. Do you think it would look good if I cut it down and made door panels out of it. Would it rattle to much?

I bought it when I use to make signs. It's all white. And I've got vinyl that I can cut for a design or something

If you are still in the sign making business I would like to have one made. Pm me for details if you would be willing to do so.

I think it would be great if you put a layer of foam or something on the back.

Even just the craft foam that comes in 8x10 sheets at the dollar store put in the necessary spots to keep it from rattling!

Bonus points for mounting it with invisible hardware.

Scratch this idea for now. The piece I had was I little bit to short for 2 panels. Now to plan B
