Compared to Momo/Sparco/Nardi/Personal they are junk. They are covered with vinyl and the aluminum spokes look cheap. Compared to Grant, pretty good. However, for the price, they are excellent. You can buy them as a steering wheel hub combo (search for miata steering wheel or rx7 steering wheel) for less than what you would pay for the momo hub.Originally posted by Gomez View PostHow do those wheels feel in the Quality dept? Good info on the RX-7 hub. I'll put it on my need list.Oscar

82 rx7
do u,think an 82 rx7 steering wheel[4 spoke],would bolt on to a festy, without an adapter? the 82,has a 3in. hub [plastic] attached. do u,have to relocate turn signal, with this wheel? mdoyleufo@gmail.comOriginally posted by GenevaDirt View Postadapter for the wheel. You can use most Mazda OEM wheels also. The RX7 wheel is a great look...3 spoke and 4 spoke (looks like a grant but nicer IMO) and you do not need an adapter.

I think I ordered an RX7 adaptor, as they dont list a fit for Festiva.
Steering wheel was like $20 ebay. I stuck a Yamaha center cap sticker in the middle. If you look at it, its 3 tuning forks!

Grant Hub 3597
I'm running a Grant wheel, on a Grant hub (part# 3597), that's specifically for the festy.
here's my older setup:

here's my current setup:

On both steering wheels, I felt like the turn signal switch was too close (since most AM steering wheels aren't concave like the stock wheel.)
So to fix that problem, i just switched the hi-lo beam wires so my low beams would be in the high beam position. It works, but you have the blue indicator on constantly (not that big of an eye sore).
The Grant hub adapter can be found at JCWhitney.com, or through any froogle search.
hope this helped!Fesdiva is it's new name since she's acting crazy- 92 L

those are both pretty sexy. I went with a classic look. I know what you mean about the signal, its annoying how close it is and i just leave my high beams on all the time. But i am going to change the wires now, such a good idea!
