  • How about a Festy with a visor?

Here's a couple of pics of the visor I had on our 97 Caravan. I always liked the looks of it, had to shorten it by over 12" to fit the Festy but the lines flow very well. I'm in the process of glass it together in its smaller size. Tell me what you think.

The clearance lights are side marker style bulbs, I'll change to LED replacement bulbs. I like lights, hey "if can't go it might as well show".

You should put it on the back of the festy instead!

Headed out to scavenge the yards for caravans... not sure how many of them had a visor, but I'll have to find two.

Need a full body 3/4 pic. Doesn't show the full effect like that.

Excellent air dam, should decrease your gas mileage significantly!

Actually you are right about the mileage, I lost between 1-2 mpg on the Caravan. But the Caravan was more aero than the Festy, the square nose should push most of the air over the top. If not I will cut more air relief areas open, I still like the look.

As for Caravans that had visors, this is an aftermarket Lund visor.

I'm sorry but the posts about putting it on the back are just WRONG. The only cars that look like they should have a shelf off the back are sub 8 sec. drag cars, with a chute mounted under it.
But once again a Caravan might be a donor for a more reasonably priced spoiler. The Sport models had a rear spoiler that may lend itself to a cut down that would work on our Festy's.

I think the festy spoiler is fine, and the others who have used shorter spoilers have done good work but they aren't as long and it looks funny. A festy style that is even slightly longer id have no problem with. To the back it is!

Body work is done, I mounted it and took it down the road, feels fine. After paint and lights I'll post some more.
