Hey guys i'm brand new here and just wondering if anyone is doing anything with a 96 festiva gli as i'm pretty keen to mod it and so far i have only seen early 90's festiva's being modded

First of all welcome to the forum,

96 festiva you must be in AU/EU.

yeah well i couldn't figure out if it was 95 or 96
but i'm pretty sure its 96 and thanks i will do seeing as i am in Aus and i will looking for exterior i was thinking of making my own body kit as i cannot find anything 
all i have done is put mesh in the gaps in the front bumper and got foot neons triggered by a missle switch because they are illegal over here

Yeah theyre illegal in QLD too.
Unfortunately there isnt really any exterior modifications for the wb/wf festiva.
You would have to make a body kit, or modify a kit. If you ever venture down the path of mechanical, theres lots of documented threads here.
