  • Aspire seats

Installed my new to me Aspire seats yesterday. Today I went on an extended drive. They were wonderful. Did not know how crappy the broke down Festiva seats were. When I changed over the bottom cushion there was a space for an extra spring, so I added one from the Festy seat , nice & comfee.

I put my fake Ostrich leather seat covers on them, so you can't see what they look like. I may have a pic of them apart, bfore install. i'll cheak.

All in the mind of the beholder. The cheap vinyl of the cheesy Festy seats did not endear the beholders but if you compare the 'upscale' Aspire ones (better looking and with much less vinyl surface coverage) you will actually discover there really is no difference at all in underpinnings.

PS; there are attachment brackets for additional springs on Festy and Aspire seat bottoms and neither got used by the factory. Made no difference when I thoughtfully added them, either. They weren't left off as a cost saving, that's for sure. There is no live weight or pressure there unless you (the driver) decide to stand up to open a chimney flue or wind up a skylight jack at that very same location.

I added the extra spring from Festy seat to Aspire seat just for the heck of it. And I think the Aspire seats are a little heaftier. Fells much better.

They wouldn't add any leg room by chance would they?
