Speedometer drive gears

Hello all,
The speedometer drive gear for north american Festivas and Aspires has 21 teeth on it. Does anyone know how many teeth the European (or other market) drive gears have?

Ian,

If my math is right and your speedo goes to 180 kph, vs 140 kph the the answer is 180 / 140 X 21 = 27 :?:
