Steering wheel center cover.

I want to make a center cover for the steering wheel and could do it alot easier if I could remove that rubber/plastic center pc. I can feel some kind of clip when I pry back the rear lip of the cover but nothing gives. Any suggestions?

If it's a Festiva, take the screws out.. 1 on each bar..
