    i have a 1989 ford festiva when i bought it i noticed the fan was wired straight to the battery and into the fuse box on i cant think of fuse off top of my head the fan works good it cuts on when key is on the on position i would like to know where the fan switch location is and where and how to wire the fan back to it i trying to figure whats drawing power and draining my battery trying to fix all unstock wiring thanks for looking
    89 festiva all of a mighty 1.3 Tha Black Bullet and good ole casper got casper when I was 15 and loved em ever since

    Here's kind of an idea doing a quick search;

    The thermoswitch is located close to where the top radiator hose connects to the engine. The radiator fan switch has a flat, male blade connector. Not the "bullet" style.

      another question found out the alternator is drawing power when off hook a light to it what would cause this to happen its a new alternator also about month old has been doing it sinc i bought the car back
