Variable speed intermittent wipers

The 88 323gt I parted out had variable speed intermittent wipers. Today I put the module into my red 92 festiva. Works great and now I have variable speed wipers.

Are those the ones with cruise control? My 91 has that stalk(thanks tim). I'm still trying to figure out what to hook the accel/decel switch to.

ah ha, so that's the secret, its out of a 323.. i've been wanting that for a while now..

I once saw an '89 323LXi at the 'yard with a CC intermittant stalk. I should have pulled it that day, but didn't have time. Next time I returned it was gone. There is an orange button at the tip of the right stalk.

In case anyone doesn't know, there are two types of intermittants:

-intermittant non-adjustable
-intermittant adjustable (with a wheel around the right stalk to turn)

The module I got from Simon (Pimptiva!) has white lettering on one side and orange on the other. I guess he may have modded one side onto the module? Just a guess. I love having the adjustable intermittant!!

Has anyone ever seen the variable wipers with white lettering? I have only seen orange lettered stalks on the variable unlike the intermittent which I have seen both orange and white.

Ive been looking for one with the white lettering and no cruse for awhile now with no luck

I wonder if the white one is from a MX-6 or Probe, kinda looks like it.
