interior plastic removal...?

OK, i searched this section already but found nothing.

i need to know how to remove (and then install) the rear plastic pieces on either side of the rear seat. i already have the seat and both shock tower covers removed but the other two pieces don't want to budge. it looks like they slide forward but i can't tell for sure.

Each side there is 1 screw. Remove it then the rest is held in by clips. Just carefully pull and it will pop out. It is also held in by the rubber door trim.

Go easy on pulling them out. I cracked one side of Lux's large panel doing so. I'll probably reuse it, as the crack is not that visible with the seat in. Take your time.

thanks for the tips... now it's time for some Great Stuff it's going along the creases of the rear wheel wells. the left side showed a noticeable improvement in resonance but i ran out of "stuff" half way through the right side.

If I remember, I'll take picks.
