  • Help with R&D

As many of you know, the '98-'00 Ranger lights have found their way into a few Festivas. I love the look, but I'm not 100% on that particular generation of Ranger as the ultimate solution. Lately, I've been looking at the'93-'97 year Ranger lights online, and the shape and angles seem a bit closer to the Festy than the newer model lights, even though the new lights add a serious aggression factor to the front end.

My question is, can anyone here take some pictures of a 93-97 Ranger lights up close from above, straight on, and at the side? That is, does anyone here know someone with one that wouldn't mind you taking pics?

DriverOne, how many times do I have to tell you that all you have to do is look online? Jeez.

William, the Ranger lights don't require that you cut the eyelids, but you have to mount them directly over top and slightly behind the eyelids. I'll post more pictures as I get them. Go to Daniel_Cogar's thread, Truckstiva. He has those lights mounted. I'll continue to post more of my findings on the earlier generation Ranger as I get them.

I've realized why some lights require the eyelids be cut and some do not. Sedat used 2001+ Ranger lights, which are larger than the '98-2000 model lights used on Truckstiva. They're the same shape, just larger.

Yes, but that was for a certain year. He is trying to discover other options where one doesn't have to lose the pieces under the headlights.
